• Receive your order within 3 hours with our fast and easy courier service, powered by Rendr 
• 3-hour delivery is available for selected postcodes in the Gold Coast.
• If available to your postcode, the option will display at checkout.
• Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm AEST. Any orders placed after 2:00pm AEST will be delivered on the next business day.
• Please note, orders will be dispatched from 8:00am AEST.
• 3-hour delivery is not available on public holidays or weekends, these orders will be sent the next business day.
• Prices start at $20 and are subject to your postcode which will be calculated at checkout.
• You will receive an email with tracking details and updates via text to follow the journey of your parcel.
• Please note that 3-hour delivery is not available for delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers as you must be present at the time of the courier's arrival.
• Ensure an accurate mobile number is included at checkout, this is so our delivery partner can contact you if required.
• If delivering to a business, please ensure you include the business name and any additional delivery information.
• Please make sure you are available to receive your order as we are unable to leave it unattended. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.
